Yes. Before printing, you’ll receive a preview of the book cover and one sample page, so you can check the personalized artwork before your book is made.

What kind of photos work best?

A clear, front-facing photo with good lighting works best. Please avoid blurry photos, heavy shadows, sunglasses, hats covering the face, or very small face images.

What age are the books suitable for?

Our personalized storybooks are designed mainly for children aged 3–8, but they can also be a meaningful keepsake for younger or older children.

Are the books hardcover or softcover?

Available formats may vary by story. Most books are designed as premium square storybooks, with hardcover and/or softcover options shown on the product page.

How long does production & shipping take?

Personalized artwork and preview preparation usually take a few working days. Printing and shipping time depends on your location and the delivery option available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I make changes after placing my order?

If your order has not yet gone to print, we’ll do our best to help with small changes. Once the book has been approved and sent for printing, changes may no longer be possible.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution whenever possible.
